Sold in a set of four. The dimensions for nearly all applications are 35x47x7mm. There is also a set of four 10mm-wide seals for sliders not using a circlip to retain the seals. This set includes two seals with rubber-coated exterior (which cost less), and two genuine Honda seals with steel exterior (which are excellent seals, and aid in seal retention).
